Commentary of Ibn Abi'l Izz al-Hanafi on the book named "al-Aqeedah at-Tahawaiyyah" or the Tahawi Aqeedah.
By the consensus of Muslims, Imam at-Tahawi's book on aqeedah represents the true aqeedah (creed) of Ahl as Sunnah wal Jama'ah. The original book has many different versions of commentary. But, Ibn Abi'l Izz's commentary is based on the Atharee (The one who sticks to Texts) approach. Although Ibn Abi'l Izz followed the Hanafi jurisprudence, he followed Shaykh al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah with respect to Aqeedah. So, this commentary is heavily influenced by Imam Ibn Taymiyyah's writings.
