_ Imam Al-Bukhari tell
in his book Al-Sahih ( 3046 ) about Ali Ibn Abi Talib that prophet Mohammed
said , If a muslim intentionally kills a peaceful non muslim , the muslim must
not be killed .
_ Imam Al-Tabarani
tell in his book Al-Mu’gam Al-Kabir ( 18 / 111 ) about Imran Ibn Husain that a
muslim man from tribe called Khuza’ah intentionally killed a peaceful non
muslim man from tribe called Huzail . So , prophet Mohammed ordered not to kill
the muslim because the killed one is non muslim , but he ordered him to pay the
Diiah ( blood money ) .
_ In the previous book
number ( 51 ) ( In Arabic series ) , I collected all prophet Mohammed sayings
about the rules that must be applied on non muslims including christians and
jews . ( It’s translated to english and contains ( 500 ) sayings )
One of these rules was
not killing the muslim who intentionally kill a peaceful non muslim .
